LA. Berlin. Paris. Cheltenham. We build Superdry stores all over the world, from initial store concept and design, through costings and construction to final fit-out. 

Here’s how it works. The brief comes in. Now, if it’s one of our own stores, we’ll do everything in-house. If it’s a franchise, we’ll sometimes involve an architect firm. But the first step is always the store concept and design - and always in-line with our brand look and feel, following the design guide that we create. 

We’re often working with Julian, our CEO, on stores. That shows you how important and valued our work is. We have a huge, global role to play in bringing the Superdry brand vision to life. After all, it doesn’t get much more visible than a physical store. Once the design’s agreed and signed-off, the wider team kicks into action to bring the store to life. 

Property portfolio management re-fits, brand updates, new fixtures, - we do those too. And all things facilities, Health & Safety and maintenance, across our own retail stores and Superdry offices in the UK, Europe and USA. None of this - and there’s a lot of it - would be possible if we didn’t work seamlessly together. From Admin to Design to Project Management, it’s a massive team effort.
