Our Area Managers (known at Superdry as an Area Leader) support and lead our store teams to be the best they can be. You’ll have a brilliant team to work with, and you’ll develop and lead in your own inimitable way. We don’t believe in hiring talented people and then telling them what to do. So you’ll have the freedom to make the most of opportunities and create strong business strategies for your area. 

Commercially sharp, creatively-minded and operationally on-point, we want you to stretch yourself and your experience, as you explore exciting new brand possibilities to deliver growth and success.  And, role model. We know you’ll have heard it before but you’ll be an inspirational coach, mentor and leader to everyone around you.
