The best customer experience imaginable. That’s what we’re all about. Working closely with the Retail team, we’re that vital link between Head Office and our stores. We make sure that they have everything they need to succeed, from visual merchandising support to store improvements and best practice.
 
We’re structured into three teams. First up, Visual Merchandising. We work with our creative teams to execute and deliver our brand and visual proposition. 

Ongoing improvement, day-to-day operations, driving efficiency - that’s our Retail Excellence team. We’re constantly developing and implementing new ways to improve our stores and drive efficiency. 

Wherever a Superdry store is in the world, our Communications team is busy keeping the lines of communication clear, open and two-way. Not only do we promote and protect the Superdry brand, and make life simpler for our stores, but we make sure every store knows what’s happening within and across the Superdry family. 

Customers, collaboration, creativity. That’s Retail Support in three Cs. We work hard to build strong, productive, enjoyable relationships with all our stores and teams within Head Office. We’re infectiously passionate about our brand and always looking for ways to tell our story in our stores. We learn together, grow together, celebrate our successes together.
