The Role

As a global Customer Service team leader you will be apart of our International Wholesale team who will be in charge for the whole shipping procedure of defined customers in the following territories; MENA, ROW, EE, LATAM & GREECE.

You will be required to do the Ex works documentations for custom purposes and identify the sales and shipping reports. On a weekly basis you will be required to have calls with Finance and each customer to touch base on open shipments and any outstanding shipping requirements. The role will be based in our London showroom where you will work closely with the International Sales Team.

You Will

  • Deal with customers and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Order handling, process returns, create and supply customer master data
  • Handle customer complaints as well as shortages
  • Communicate with the accounts department and the warehouse for regular updates
  • Make sure orders are shipped and keeping customers up to date with deliveries
  • Amend orders on time to avoid any delivery issues
  • Prepare and compile reports in Excel showing e.g., delivery status to keep sales representatives up to date on stock delivered or blocked
  • Support the sales team during sales periods
  • Manage the process of raising PO numbers for orders
  • Participate in sales activities
  • Contributing to daily processes and tasks, which we call housekeeping activities 

You Are

  • You have a proven track record in wholesale within the fashion industry
  • You have a good analytical know-how, as well as good commercial understanding and business acumen
  • Good customers orientation and service mentality
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method and high resilience
  • Confident in Excel, V11 and have a good understanding of Ex work requirements.
  • You are a team player and flexible
  • Confident presenting at all levels
  • A strong communicator
  • You have IT knowledge, especially MS-Office programs Word, Excel and PowerPoint
