The Role

Passionate about store operations? As Assistant Operations Lead you will support the overall operations function of the store. You will own accountability for the operations of the stockroom and the team. Your aim is to ensure the sales team are provided with relevant support and information to ensure you meet store demands. You are responsible for executing a high standard of stock management procedures and contribute towards store performance by managing size availability and accuracy. 

You Will

  • Support in leading the operations team, inspire and manage the team to deliver efficient processes 
  • Support in the Operations Lead in all operational tasks for your store.
  • Ensure that size availability is optimised at all times on the shop floor to drive sales and improve customer experience 
  • Effectively control the operational standards within all stockrooms including Health and Safety 
  • Control all stock movement around the store.  
  • Assume total control and accountability of inventory through precise management of RFID
  • Coach the team to become experts in our product 
  • Monitor productivity levels 
  • Ensure we have a safe place to work and all Health and Safety checks are in place 
  • Manage the stock in your store, ensuring the stock levels are maintained and organised to a high standard 
  • Embrace and embed the Superdry culture
