The Role

This role is responsible for the co-ordination and timely execution of all pricing related activities across retail channels and wholesale, including the management and maintenance of the business currency conversion matrix.

You Will

  • Be accountable for maintaining and updating the business pricing conversion matrix on a seasonal basis.
  • Collaborate with and support key stake holders with business pricing strategy i.e., Heads of Territory, Retail, Wholesale.
  • Manage the critical path for seasonal original price loads by liaising and working closely with the Collection Strategy Team (CST), Sourcing and Wholesale to ensure we meet requirements.
  • Check and “lock” prices in PLM prior to loading all prices into the system, raising any concerns to CST.
  • Be responsible for the effective loading of all original RRPs and all wholesale selling prices across every required currency using the source data of the pricing matrix.
  • Be ready to support with in-season buys with the creation of pricing in a timely fashion.
  • Manage price maintenance for retail & wholesale channels. Dealing with changes where required and ensuring they are actioned within deadlines and following pricing procedures.
  • Host and maintain the audit trail of price changes to support the business audit requirements - ensuring that we can track and record when and why changes have been made.
  • Be responsible for creating and updating promotional activities in the required systems for all retail and outlet stores.
  • Be responsible for actioning seasonal markdowns in the system as and when required for retail stores.
  • Support wider teams with accurate price information to aid planning for key events. (e.g., Wholesale, Franchise, Retail, Ecommerce, Logistics, Marketing, Merch, DC’s)
  • Network with wider teams, building valuable relationships across functions to be recognised around the business as the key contact for pricing.
  • Use knowledge of our systems and pricing processes to support in business projects and be a superuser when needed.
  • Support Merchandising teams with price related attribute management.
  • Promote a continuous improvement approach at all times.
  • Be an integral part of the Business, working with your colleagues to deliver excellent service and supporting them in the wider business strategy where needed.

  • Experienced within an operational role, managing multichannel processes.
  • Able to lead the vision for the future, driving engagement to achieve business goals.
  • Focused on the end goal and driving teams to achieve high level plans.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Skilled in great internal customer service
  • Highly organised and strongly skilled in planning and managing workload.
  • Process driven in your approach to problem solving.
  • Commercially aware and understand the levers to support sales and profit growth.
  • Of a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experienced with Excel and able to manipulate data and present information effectively.
