Superdry’s recruitment strategy is predominantly based around a direct hiring model. We aim to fill as many of our vacancies as possible through a combination of our strong brand, advertising, direct approaches and recommendations. We aim to use agencies as infrequently as possible, however we recognise that sometimes there is a need to engage with high quality recruitment companies who can help us to source hard-to-find candidates who we cannot reach ourselves.
We operate a preferred supplier list of carefully selected contingency recruitment agencies and executive search firms operating across all sectors of the recruitment market – permanent hires, fixed term contractors, day rate contractors and hourly rate temporary staff.
We are currently extremely happy with the performance of our PSL and are not actively seeking to work with new agencies or consultancies at this time.
Please note that all agencies who work with us are signed up to an agency contract written by us, which overrides their own terms and conditions. If this is not something that you would be prepared to consider then please don’t contact us, as this is a key part of all agency relationships we have.
